Double Room W/ Ensuite, Hyde Park Estate

Hello :)! We have a double bedroom with ensuite available in a spacious and newly refurbished 4-bedroom apartment in Hyde Park Estate. Just a 5 mins walk to Marble Arch Station, 10 mins walk to Paddington Station and a stones throw away into Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Mayfair. There are currently 3 of us (1 male & 2 females) living in the apartment and we are open to anyone as long as you're tidy and considerate, and don't mind hanging out with us occasionally for a cheese board and bottle of wine! We are all working professionals / studying for masters and aged between 22-31 with pretty busy schedules so we like our own space too.

The double bedroom with ensuite is fully furnished. Please watch the video from the start, its the first room in the video so you can get a full picture. The tables in the bedroom and the chairs in the shower are not included, those were for a previous tenant who brought those in themselves. All other furniture and TV is included.

- bills usually come to around £60-80 per month (inc. water, electricity, wifi - no gas required)
- we do also have a lovely cleaner who comes once a week and cleans all rooms and communal areas which is £17 per week.
- bills all in all come to about £100-£120 per month.
