I am looking for a new flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is moving due to work from 1 August onwards.
Our flat sits in an excellent location, in the double-gated St George’s Fields community, moments from Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and Mayfair. Nearest station is Marble Arch (3 mins walk). This is ideal for young professionals. Students can enquire.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor duplex sitting over two stories. Lower floor is a shared lounge with green patio and you are welcome to place your desk here for WFH. Upstairs is a shared bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, you will be taking the master bedroom.
I have lived here for 3 years. Our landlord offers a highly competitive price for this area, about 15-20% lower than market rate at the moment. I am looking for someone who plans to stay long term (at least 1 year). You will need to pass landlord’s references check and will be added to the contract. You will need an annual income of £44k or have a UK based guarantor.
Estimated bills are around £120 per person depending on use.
