Bright raised-ground-floor flat (~90 sqm) with its own front door onto a quiet street just off Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate and Paddington are both a short walk away, so you can get almost anywhere in London easily.

The available room is the rear of two large doubles and comes with its own en-suite. The bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the flat, so you each get genuine privacy.

A bit about me: I'm a doctor with irregular hours, which makes me a fairly low-maintenance flatmate. I'm often out, and early risers and night owls are equally welcome. I keep the place clean and tidy, but it's more of a base than a project: the flat suits someone busy with plenty going on outside it. Friends stay over from time to time, and a turbo trainer (seldomly used) is in the hallway.

The room is free because my current flatmate is moving on. International applicants also very welcome.
