Our very nice home close to Hyde Park 💜

Hello!
We are looking for a lovely third flatmate to our lovely sunny flat in the heart of West London. It’s a duplex flat, walking distance from Hyde Park and Paddington Station, 5 mins from Royal oak and 10 mins from Bayswater and Queensway stations. Lots of other transport links available (bus, tube etc) and a big supermarket next door.

We believe it’s the best place to live in London, super close to everything and really spacious for being in West London. 💜
The place is available from end October (this can be discussed based on what you're looking for).

You'll be sharing the flat with two wonderful, warm gals, in the creative and sustainability industry. We're very friendly, and always welcome a chat but also respect each others privacy.

We'd like someone who is very clean, considerate, responsible and friendly, and works from the office a few times a week. This house is a home for us, and we'd want for you to treat this the same way.

The room is furnished, ready for you to move in. It has a bed and cupboards with huge windows that make the room very bright even on the most overcast of days! All the rooms also have a nice balcony with a view.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one full with shower and toilet, and another just toilet.

Total budget is about £1450: rent is £1300 and bills are about £150 depending on the month
