We have one bedroom available to rent in a two bedroom apartment.

I am the flatmate who stays in the second bedroom and this apartment will be shared with me.

The apartment is in a gated complex with gardens and very secure and exceptionally quiet and secluded and you don’t realize that you are in the heart of the city.

It is a two bedroom apartment on two levels, with the living room and an open plan kitchen on the ground floor and the two bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper level.

You will be staying one bedroom which is furnished with a king size bed and mattress and storage space under the bed.

The bedroom also has a closet for clothes.

The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens in the estate.

Each bedroom has an electric heater and the living room and kitchen has underfloor heating which is on separate electric meter with subsidized tariff for the underfloor heating.

The utility bills including council tax, electricity, internet are extra and have to be shared by the two flat mates.

We have a hyperoptic connection, 1 GBPS broadband fibre connection which is the fastest internet speed you will get in this neighbourhood.
