We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going person to join our cosy home. We’re in our early 30s, fun, sociable, and always respectful of each other’s space. The bathroom will be shared with just one other flatmate, as the third room has its own ensuite. The bedroom available is bright and spacious offering a comfortable space to work from home if required.

The flat boasts a large furnished living room (rare for London standards!) perfect for relaxing together, a balcony with stunning river views, and a fully equipped kitchen to whip up your meals. The building has fantastic amenities, including a gym, pool, sauna and 24/7 concierge service all of which you would have full access to! Plus, the Thames path runs just behind the property offering a peaceful and scenic walking route.

We’re a 5-minute walk from Island gardens DLR station and the nearest bus stop is 1 min away.
