I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, clean, and considerate flatmate to share my lovely riverside flat.

Ideally late 20s/30s+, with your own social life but happy for the occasional chat, glass of wine, or meal together 🍷

✨ The flat:
• Bright, spacious, high ceilings
• Balcony overlooking a park
• Right on the Thames with beautiful river views
• 8 min walk to Island Gardens DLR
• 15 mins to Canary Wharf & Greenwich

🛏️ The room:
Double bed, wardrobe, drawers, extra storage, and beautiful river views. Space for your own furniture if preferred.

💰 Rent: £1000/month
📋 Bills: approx. £150–£200 each (Council Tax Band F)

A bit about me:
I’m 37 and work in aesthetics (free treatments are definitely a perk 😉).
I’ve been happily renting here for the last 3 years and absolutely love the flat, so I’d love to find someone who’ll appreciate it as much as I do.
I’m tidy, clean, and like to keep the place looking nice without being obsessive! Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, cooking, reality TV, and exploring new places.
My job is very social, so I really value coming home to a peaceful, drama-free space.
