Hello! My two housemates are moving in with their partners so looking for two people to move in by November 14th (could be sooner but cannot be later).

The flat: 3 bed flat with 1 en suite (my room) and 1 shared bathroom for the other two housemates. A good sized kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, big living space with a balcony. Access to a small gym, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table room, and work room included in rent (and a concierge).

Location: 7 mins walk from island gardens DLR station, less than half an hour into Bank, 20 mins to Canary Wharf, 10 mins walk from Greenwich, and you can see the river from the living room!!

Price: room 1: £940pcm room 2: £910

Bills are usually around £160 per month

About me: I’m 27 originally from Cornwall, working in behavioural science and consumer research. I like to keep fit (gym, Pilates, swimming), socialise with friends and try new food spots.

About you: looking for a home for the long term and looking for friends not just housemates. As everyone says, will be nice to have people that like to hangout and do things but also happy with their own company.
