We have a nice, cozy, quiet room, in a safer and nicer side of Isle of Dogs, in a beautiful riverside house. We are looking for a responsible, clean, professional, housemate or a student.

The room has a decent size: 11'5" x 8'2" (about 3. 5m x 2. 5m). The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac (dead end), is three floors, and this room is on the top floor, overlooking gardens, gets the morning sun & faces Canary Wharf skyline. The room shares a bathroom with another person. Room comes furnished, with a double size bed, internal wardrobe, study desk, LCD TV, Sky box (acting as freeview), etc. We have superfast broadband & Wifi.

Advertised £126perweek or £545permonth is for a single person (we cannot consider a couple for this room, with exception of accommodating very infrequent visits) includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, wireless internet, TV) and council tax as long as you are a responsible sharer. Minimum contract (length of stay) we are looking to do is three months (minimum six months preferred). A deposit of five weeks rent is required (£630), good references preferred.
