DoubleRoom, Safe/Quiet Location, Bills Included

We have a nice, cozy, quiet room, in a safer and nicer side of Isle of Dogs, in a beautiful riverside house. We are looking for a responsible, clean, professional, housemate or a student. House owner, landlord is living in the house.

The room has a decent size: 11'5" x 8'2" (about 3. 5m x 2. 5m). The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac (dead end), is three floors, and this room is on the top floor, overlooking gardens, gets the morning sun & faces Canary Wharf skyline. The room shares a bathroom with another person. Room comes furnished, with a double size bed, internal wardrobe, study desk (LCD TV, Sky box acting as freeview can be provided), etc. We have superfast broadband & Wifi.

This room shares the bathroom with the house owner, landlord.

Advertised £221perweek or £960permonth is for a SINGLE PERSON (we cannot consider a couple for this room, with exception of accommodating very infrequent visits) includes all bills (ALL BILLS INCLUDED) (electricity, gas, water, wireless internet, TV) and council tax as long as you are a responsible sharer. Minimum contract (length of stay) we are looking to do is three months (minimum six months preferred). A deposit of five weeks rent is required (£1100), good references preferred.
