A furnished double room has become available to rent in our large and spacious flat, which boasts access to a pool, gym and sauna (all included in the rent). Along with a large communal courtyard (great for BBQs) and private reception as part of the Burrells Wharf complex.

Located next to the river, and a short walk away from Mudchute Station (5 mins) we're just 1.5 miles away from Canary Wharf and a 20 minute walk to Greenwich Park.

Currently living in the flat is Liv, Henry, and couple Lydia & Rob. We have a 'family' feel within our flat, we often cook for each other or go out to the courtyard for a bbq, watch films and socialise together.

We're working professionals, and are looking for a tidy and respectful person who is also down to chill with us.

The room is £850p/m exclude bills (approx. £100p/m). It is part furnished including a bed and large wardrobe however the current flatmate is open to leaving the other items in the room (desk, side table, mirror, storage shelf).

The room is available from mid September, happy to accommodate viewings ASAP as wanting to secure someone for the room by mid August.
