PAYMENTS
Security deposit, upon agreement:
£1,200 to reserve the room and to cover any damages/missed payments

Paid monthly, at least one day in advance:
£1,200 monthly lodging
£150 service fee for weekly cleaning and shared consumables
(All bills included: council tax, energy, Wi Fi, TV licence, and streaming platforms)
