Double room with Thames view, 3-bed flat

Hi! We are looking for a third flatmate for our spacious E14 flat ideally for a long-term let from November/December (move in date flexible).

THE ROOM
- Double bed
- View overlooking the O2 and Thames, with a little lawn in front where neighbours walk their dogs and go for runs - it's a very quiet area where you mostly just here the waves outside it's very cute
- Comes with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, built in closet with a lot of space, and a little bookcase.

THE FLAT
- 3 bedrooms split over 2 floors
- The bathroom will be shared with just one flatmate as the third room is ensuite, and comes with a bathtub/shower
- Shared living room is cozy but spacious, with an attached balcony, and comes with a large TV (although we may have to return that to my friend soon), comfortable sofa and armchairs, and dining table
- The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, standard kettle/toaster/microwave/washing machine, and you're welcome to use the flatmates' air fryer.
- Free permit parking (plenty of spaces)

THE FLATMATES
- You'd be sharing with 2 flatmates, both female in their mid-late 20s
- We're both professionals working hybrid 9-5 jobs
- We hang out and have a great relationship but are both quite busy too, so we'd love someone who fits into this dynamic (social, chill, and friendly)

LOCATION/AMENITIES
- The building is key card only and the flat is top floor so it feels pretty secure
- Our little development feels really comfortable and safe, with cameras and security who are available 24/7
- Locked bike shed
- We have a duck pond, beach, a few local businesses, and the development is just really well maintained and kept
- We're about 10 minutes from Crossharbour DLR Station, so you're in Bank in 35 mins
- We're a 25 minute walk from Canary Wharf and Greenwich too
- And about 10 minutes from a big Asda, as well as a few other smaller supermarkets

COST
- £925 per month with bills included (including all gas, electric, council tax, broadband, TV license - so we don't have to worry about any of that which is so nice)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Professional women in their mid-20s to mid-30s preferred
- As I mentioned above, we'd love someone who's friendly, social, chill, and also communicative to fit the current dynamic
- We would also want someone who's clean and tidy, it doesn't need to be sparkling clean 24/7 but we do clean up after ourselves and do a monthly clean so it would be great if you fit into that
- I also personally love to host and do little events so even better for me if you love that to!
