I’ll be moving out towards June end to 12 July, so I’m looking for an awesome person to take over my room in this amazing apartment. The tenancy runs in a monthly cycle from the 13th to the 12th, and the current agreement is valid until 12th November.
Honestly, it’s a great place and my flatmate would love to continue here without having to move out — so hoping to find someone who fits right in and keeps the good vibe going 😄
A bit about the flatmate: He’s from India, moved to the UK recently and works in the Fintech space. Always up for sports, cooking, good conversations, drinks, and impromptu outdoor plans. Super easygoing and social.
As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is right on Thames Path with a river view from the balcony. Great placement for maximum sunlight — you won’t find many properties around here that are this spacious yet cozy.
Total deposit is £3k (split between you and the existing tenant). Mentioning it here as platforms usually cap the deposit display.
Move-in date : From 25 June
Water bill is included in rent
Council tax & electricity approx 170-200 per person per month
Hyperoptics WiFi: 20£ per person per month
