About the flatmates:
They’re two London College of Fashion graduates who have been friends since their Master’s degree. The flat has a very relaxed, respectful, and friendly vibe, they enjoy occasionally spending evenings together, catching up after work, and keeping the home clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Room Details:
💷 Rent: £890 PCM (excluding bills)
💡 Bills: approx. £200 PCM (includes wifi, electricity/heating and council tax)
🔐 To pay: Deposit (One month’s rent) + first month rent
📅 As per the new law the tenancy renews on a rolling basis and the notice period is 2 months, but ideally looking for someone who would like to stay for at least 6 months.
