Spacious double en-suite room on the Isle of Dogs, zone 2

I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my en-suite room on the Isle of Dogs (zone 2), start date 4th/5th June, as I’m sadly moving out!

The room is a good size, with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table, and two wardrobes. It is situated on the top floor of the house, with distant views of the Canary Wharf skyline. The house is a 6 person house-share, mostly women aged 25-40, lovely working professionals who keep to themselves but are always happy to have a nice conversation in the kitchen. The en-suite has a shower, toilet, sink, and some mirror cabinet storage.

Price is £1025/month, with bills included.

Location is handy - zone 2 - 2 min walk to bus stops, 10 min walk from Island Gardens DLR station or Mudchute DLR, 15 min walk to Greenwich town centre, 10 min walk to Asda Superstore, 5 min walk to Mudchute Park and Farm, 30 min walk (or short bus ride/DLR) to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line or Elizabeth Line stations.
