My flatmate is moving out, so we’ll have a lovely room available in our 2 bed, 2 bath flat near Canary Wharf from 1st August.

• Bright, fully furnished flat with a balcony (the only things not included are a study table and chair)
• 7‑minute walk to South Quay DLR and 15 minutes to Canary Wharf Jubilee line
• Super convenient location: Tesco Express right across the road and Asda just a 10‑minute walk away
• You’ll have your own bathroom (with a bathtub, just not ensuite)
• Rent is £1075 pcm + approx £140-150 for bills
• Council Tax Band BandE

Who we are looking for:
• A working professional in their twenties
• Someone comfortable having their workspace in the living room
