Lovely double room available Isle of dogs

Hi there

My name is Kristina and I currently live in a 3 bedroom house in Isle of dogs. A little bit about me, I'm 34, I'm Norwegian/Swedish and lived in the UK now for 12 years. I'm fulltime employed in a 9-5 job (wfh 1 day a week) and a fun and lively individual. I love to go out for drinks, but also equally love an evening cooking with a good film or a walk in the park with my little dog.

My partner and I have split recently, I will stay on in the house but would love to have some company and looking to rent out one bedroom to a female who I could get along with as will get a tad lonely on my own.

I'm looking for a like minded individual who is neat and tidy, who I could cook/go to the pub occasionally with but equally could chill out and watch a good movie with too.

You would also have to love dogs as I have an adorable little 4 year old cocker spaniel who lives here with me.

The house is laid out across 3 floors and fully furnished and very homey:
1st floor: entrance, garage, kitchen with 6 seater dining table which opens via a patio door to garden/terrace with 4 seater table/chairs
2nd floor: large living room with massive u shaped sofa, 1x bathroom, bedroom
3rd floor: 2x bedrooms (1 ensuite)

Currently 3rd floor bedroom is laid out like an office with a sofa bed if any visitors. So it is ideal for someone who works from home. Also there is a drive way so if you drive, you never need to worry about parking which is ideal. If you would like to live on the 3rd floor instead it is easy to move things around.

Surroundings:
There are 3 small little corner stores and a post office literally 3 min walk from house. Also a huge Asda only 10-12 min walk or a quick few min drive away. Also some small pubs/restaurants around. It is approximately 15 min walk to Canary wharf and 15 min walk via foot tunnel to Greenwich.

Commuting:
If you are commuting to work there are endless opportunities, even during strikes which is a huge benefit. There are multiple Buses, DLR from Mudchute or Island Gardens, Jubilee/Elizabeth line tubes from Canary wharf, Uber boat from Masthouse terrace to London Bridge etc.

The area is very nice and relaxed, the house is laid just on the river Thames and its approx a 40 min commute door to door to Liverpool street to put it into perspective on DLR.

The room is available from 1st August, but there is potentially some slight flexibility.
