A big en-suite double bedroom available 2 bed apartment in isle of dogs from 16th August 2026. Bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobe. The house has direct river view from south facing living area and kitchen. The flat is on 1st floor. Getting around from the flat is very easy with bus stops just outside and close proximity to DLR (<10 min walk), Jubilee (~15 min walk) and Elizabeth lines. Car Parking is available at extra £100 per month if you need it.
You’ll be sharing the house with me - male, 30 working as a quant. I like being outdoors, hiking, tennis, cycling or running. I usually have quite busy life, despite I would love to have a coffee or conversation over dinner or won’t mind watching a movie or show together during weekend. I rarely use living area. I cook 1-2 times during weekdays ( dinner usually) and once both days on weekends. I work from office 4 days a week.
