Double available in Young Professional Houseshare

I am looking for someone to replace me in my current tenancy in a 4 bed house living with 3 really lovely girls. I’ve really enjoyed living here for 3 years, just leaving London to start a PhD.

About the location:
The house is located right next to the Thames just a 5 min walk from both Mudchute and Island Garden DLR stations (arriving in Bank in around 20 minutes and Stratford via Canary Wharf) with many buses running past our house. We are also 5 mins from the Greenwich foot tunnel leading to Cutty Sark! Our nearest superstore is ASDA (~10 mins walk).

About the room:
The double bedroom has a private balcony and is fully furnished with lots of storage and room for a desk.

About the house:
We have 2.5 bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage, and a large sitting area and outdoor space out the back of the house.

All bills including council tax are ~£90-£100 a month.

About you:
We are looking for someone in their 20s, preferably female to take the room! It would be great to be friends and not just housemates!

About us:
We are young professionals in our 20s. We currently all go out for dinners, coffee/matcha together but we also respect eachother’s space. We also have a friendly cat!

For referencing you must be:
- in full-time employment
- be earning ~30k+ or otherwise have a UK guarantor.
