* Bills are approximately under £100 per month
* Available from 6 September 2026
* Maximum stay of 6 months
* Shared living room and kitchen
* 1 bathroom + separate toilet
* Upstairs balcony + patio
* Gas central heating and gas hob
* Desk and chest of drawers will remain in the room
* Mattress will remain
* Bed frame, wardrobe and TV will be removed, so you would need to provide your own bed frame and storage if required
