2 Doubles available near Canary Wharf - late Dec

We’re looking for two new flatmates to join our home in E14, Isle of Dogs. 7 minutes’ walk to Mudchute DLR, with quick links to Canary Wharf, Bank and Greenwich, plus the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines via Canary Wharf

🏠 The house is split-level, with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath/shower, a separate second toilet and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher. We also have a spacious, bright lounge with two sofas, a TV and a big cushioned window seat - perfect space to relax in and great for hosting friends :)

🌟 There are three room options for the two people moving in, as I’m currently in the small double but happy to swap:
A bright, spacious double with two windows and plenty of room for a desk and storage- £950 pcm
A large double with an exposed brick wall, wooden flooring, built-in wardrobe, shelving and a desk area - £850 pcm
A cosy small double, with space for a double bed and additional furniture. this room comes with the IKEA wardrobe only; the other furniture would be removed if you picked this one :) - £800 pcm

Bills come to around £100 - £120 each monthly.

The contractual start date is 30 December, but the rooms will be free sooner, so an earlier move-in can be discussed!

😊 About us

You’d be living with me, Cathy, 27, working in sales management, and Oswald (28) , who works in consultancy. We both have our own routines but enjoy spending time together too, whether that’s dinner, a cinema trip etc. I also have a cat so it's important that you like them! He's trained to go outdoors.

😎 About you

Ideally, you’d be in your mid-twenties to mid-thirties. We don’t mind what you do for work, mainly looking for someone tidy, considerate who wants to live somewhere that feels like a home. Someone who’s up for spending time together but also respects everyone’s space and downtime would fit in well.

You’ll need to pass agency referencing. I think the minimum salary requirement is around £30k
