Spacious double room available in the top floor of a tall building looking over canary wharf with beautiful sunrise views from its large windows.

Room is furnished has decent wardrobe space, a desk and chair if you like to WFH.

Personally I found sitting next to kitchen window to be very cozy for WFH during noon, or living space balcony in the mornings.

Property has limited parking space, if you are interested you will have to get annual residential permit which is probably over £150+, exact amount can be confirmed on request.

Bills are fixed at £250 per month, inclusive of Water, heating, Council tax and TV licence.

I have lived here since August, I am moving out, and I am looking for someone to replace me so I can exit my contract before it ends.

I wanted to to stay near my office in Canary wharf, so I lived here for more than 2 months, now I am moving to south of london more relaxed and quiter neighbourhood (which is also quite far from my office but i am making that trade-off based off personal preference).

It is a cozy flat with all necessary amenities, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, TV, Oven, stoves.

Owner is an artist and you can find Guitar, Piano and Painting stand in the living room. Living room is beautiful and decorated with owners own paintings.

You will be sharing flat with a retired engineer. He is owner's father. He manages everything in house as, owner lives away in his second house in Turkey. He lives here half of the time, shuttling his stay between here and his own house in Leeds, weeks at a time. I found him to be super chill about everything, he likes to play chess and he is up to talking anytime you meet him by living space.
And another flatmate is a sound engineer who will also be leaving by 28 November.

I am available to show you around the place, after work on weekdays, i. e. past 6pm. You can call me directly as well but I will probably won't pick it up during working hours on weekdays.
