We have 1 ensuite room available in a newly refurbished house, overlooking the Thames and an 8-minute walk to Island Garden DLR. Canary Wharf is a 20-minute commute and Bank station can be reached in just 25 minutes (approx).

All our housemates are professionals working in the City or Canary Wharf.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, from crockery/cutlery through to baking trays and colanders. All you need to bring is food :) All appliances are brand new top of the range Bosch items including a cooker-oven, microwave, a top-end washer dryer, and a dishwasher.

From graphite worktops and engineered wood flooring to wired internet ports in your own room and a flatscreen TV with Netflix (living room), no expense has been spared in putting together this luxury London pad.

Each bedroom is spacious and airy with a safe fitted for your valuables, a flat-screen television, and a super comfy Silent Night mattress to make your night's sleep as relaxed as possible. Each room has its own ensuite with motion sensor lighting for both the ceiling light and mirrors. With tiles shipped in from Spain and brand new power showers, our bathrooms wouldn’t look out of place in a high-end hotel.

The garden has brand new decking is perfect for summer barbeques and bedroom 1 has its own terrace garden perfect to relax on those lazy weekends or to read a book and enjoy the views of the river.

Communal areas are professionally cleaned bi-weekly and the outside of the house is secured with CCTV.

Our rental price includes all bills, so there are no extra charges to pay.
