🚀 Spacious double in quiet area of Islington

Hi there,

I am giving away my spacious room which is situated in a quiet area in Islington.

The room has a double bed and is pretty spacious. Looking outside of the window you are greeted with a green view of trees and grass which brings a nice feel to the room.

The flat has a modern kitchen with washing machine and microwave, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, living room with probably the two most comfortable sofas you can find in a house, a small balcony for those 5 sunny days of the year, and is so simple to clean. The house already has broadband installed.

The house is a 2 minutes walk from Essex Road station, 10 minutes away from Highbury & Islington (5 minutes away from Oxford Circus) or Angel, and there are multiple bus stops nearby that can get you anywhere in London. In addition, there is a Tesco and a Sainsbury's just a block away from the flat. Restaurants can be found nearby.

My flatmate is a pretty chill guy. He is a app designer for an agency nearby. He is into reading, philosophy, playing guitar, art and design, filmmaking. We are looking for a friendly, peaceful, tidy flatmate to replace me.

Last but not least, our landlord is a very kind and helpful person. There were only few times there was an issue with the house but the landlord provided help proactively.

I have been enjoying every moment staying in this house and I'm very sad to go away. I'm sure you are going to enjoy your stay here to the fullest though.

Couples are welcome. For that case rent will be for £950 and bills will be divided by three instead of two.
