It was original studio of Alfred Hitchcock so would suit movie buff or creative who appreciates design. Gym and spa on premises with discount to tennants. Would suit someone who no longer wants to party till 4am and is reserved during the week nights. A professional who is tidy, clean, sociable but also respectful of space etc. Someone on the creative side would be ideal but not essential. Preferably a female but males will also be considered.
