I am subletting ‘long term sublet’ this incredible huge room starting from the 11.08.2026. .
It’s a Victorian style house just in the middle from Highbury&Islington-Dalston-Angel. And, a few minutes walk from New river walk (images attached). Your room has some unique feature as it’s on a top floor and you have no neighbours and complete privacy. This room is full of sun whole day long. Also, just next to you, you can find beautiful huge bathroom with separate shower and bath (picture attached). We have big kitchen in basement and wonderful wild garden with fig tree and it’s perfect spot for morning coffee.
You will be staying with other four creatives who are very sunshine, big hearted people happy to connect with each other, but also happy to be involved in its own creative activities in there own spaces. And, it’s VERY silent house. I always have this feeling that I am living on my own.
