Hi there,

We have a very large, bright and airy double room available in our lovely 3-bed flat. The room comes with ample storage and plenty of natural light – perfect for making it your own.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, easy-going professionals who work full-time (Marketing and Property Management). We both keep fairly busy schedules and have our own social lives, but always up for the odd beer. :) It’s a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party flat, as we’re usually up early for work.

The flat includes:

Large kitchen, microwave, air-fryer, brand new cooker.

Separate toilet and bathroom (with shower)

Private shared garden

Plenty of storage throughout

There are also lots of green spaces nearby, including Highbury Fields just a short walk away.

Location highlights:

Two streets from Upper Street with its fantastic bars, restaurants and shops. It also has a great pub on the same street. :)

5–10 minutes’ walk to Highbury & Islington and Angel stations

Less than a minute to Caledonian & Barnsbury station

15-minute walk (or short bus ride) to King’s Cross

Great local pubs, including a brilliant one at the end of the road with excellent food, music, sport and beers

Bills:
Approximately £150 per month, covering gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, TV licence and Council Tax. We also have access to Amazon and Netflix.

On-street parking is available with a residents’ permit.

We’re ideally looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoking professional who’s looking for a comfortable, friendly home.

Viewings available most evenings, and anytime on Mondays and Fridays.
