Double Room In Newly Renovated Townhouse

Hi There!

Looking for someone to fill a spare room that I have, as my current flatmate has recently bought her own place.

The house is fully furnished and includes a roof terrace, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a communal living and kitchen area. The room itself is big and bright, with loads and storage and also includes your own bathroom - it also functions as the guest bathroom, but isn't used super often.

The house has incredible transport links;
- 15m walk to Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria line)
- 20m walk to Angel (Northern Line)
- 10m walk to Canonbury (Overground)
- 1m walk to bus stop, with busses regularly going into town

Additionally, the house is surrounded by lots of lovely parks and cafe's for you to enjoy.

I'm a very easy-going and relaxed guy - I'm 30, currently work in analytics, play tennis and guitar regularly and enjoy the odd takeaway every now and then. I don’t play guitar very loudly or at unsociable hours but can plug in some headphones if needs be. Looking for a non-smoker, who is independent, tidy, and easy-going, but also happy to socialise every now and then.

Happy for you to drink and for have any guests round, as long as the house is kept in a reasonable state.

No pets that don’t live in a bowl/cage.

No couples, sorry.

Permit parking is available on the street behind the house.
