Downstairs level, super spacious double room with 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, double bed. (Large enough to fit a sofa and desk).
Shared bathroom with one other in the downstairs area.
Bills split equally - £160 each.
Includes, council tax (band G), electricity, water, internet, bi-weekly cleaner, TV license. Gas is variable, paid quarterly and varies depending on season (peak winter approx. £120 each)

Two from New Zealand one doing marketing for a charity and the other in digital marketing for a fashion brand (both hybrid working). Third is French, Regional Manager in beauty industry (mostly onsite).
We are all laid back and very clean and tidy. We are looking for a like minded flatmate who want to make the house a home. This is NOT a party house, we keep it a quiet and relaxing space but will occasionally have flat dinners and enjoy a glass of wine together.
