Very large double en suite - new build development

Subletting this at a significant discount to what I pay as I know it is shorter term!

I am short term renting out this very large master bedroom with an en suite in this 3 bedroom flat in a new development (built in 2022). The whole flat comes to 1100sqft. The bedroom is 5.96m x 4.06m at its largest points.

The bedroom is furnished with:
A king sized bed
2 Desks (one quite small built into the wall)
150cm wardrobe
50" smart TV mounted to the wall.
1m wide set of tall drawers
A bean bag

The flat has a v spacious open plan kitchen/living room that is fully furnished (nothing will be removed from what is in the pictures in the shared areas).

There is a utility room containing a washing machine and second full size fridge.

Holloway road station is 9 minutes walk, Caledonian Road 12 minutes, and Finsbury park 17 minutes. Locked bike racks are also located right outside the flat. There's a variety of amenities on Holloway Road, but the development benefits from being setback from the road so is extremely quiet.

Bills are not included in the price. It averages about £160 a month (I am subsidising the bills whilst away!), with that including all heat, water, electricity, WiFi, council tax, and a cleaner who visits every other week and cleans the entire flat.

The WiFi is ultra fast, direct to home fibre optic and is usually above 200mbps download speed.

You would be living with two lovely people. They are both young professional women who often work in the office and are fantastic to live with.
