Sublet in lovely Islington 2-bed (bills included!)

I'm subletting my lovely, airy room, overlooking a big garden, in a 2-floor maisonette. There's a shared kitchen and living area, both recently refurbished and looking spick and span.

It's available from the start September. Viewings from the week commencing 24 August.

The room itself is a double room on the top floor (4th floor overall). It's got a nice view over the shared garden so it's pretty bright and quiet. There's a large wardrobe and a bedside table.

There's a separate toilet and bathroom which were also refurbished recently.

I'm studying abroad, so you'll be sharing with my excellent flatmate, Laure. She's from France, works in international development and prefers to socialise outside but always up for a chat and tea.

The area is very nice - Brecknock Road is 2 minutes away, with internationally-acclaimed sourdough, an Italian deli (not overpriced), London's first wholefood shop, vegan shoes, veggie Indian, greasy spoon, and more. It's about ten minutes walk to the sights and sounds of either Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, or Holloway Road (Morrisons/Waitrose). Tufnell Park and Caledonian Road tube stations are each 12 minutes walk; Kentish Town Thameslink is 8 minutes, Kings X and Camden Town are both a quick bus ride.

I'm looking for a tidy vegetarian/vegan - please confirm you're happy to keep the flat vegetarian when you contact me. **The rent includes all bills, and council tax.**
