Friendly flatshare in Islington 🏡

We have a lovely light-filled room available on 2nd August in a friendly 7-person house share between Highbury & Islington and Caledonian road.
We like to keep things balanced(ish) (unlike the economy) and we currently have 4 men and 2 women, so we would prefer a woman as future new housemate.

The room is 825£ pcm, and features a built-in wardrobe, double bed, shelving and shared use of the living space upstairs. Cozy vibes here.

Bills aren't included but we split these equally between all of us and these usually come to around £100 per month depending on cost of living and how cold it gets. We are in Council Tax band F if that means anything to you.
We share a large living space on the third floor with an open-plan kitchen/living room, and a sunny roof terrace with patio furniture and a panoramic views over London. You'll be able to see the shard, the London eye and his majesty Prison Pentonville. Flowers and herbs abound on the terrace; expect to enjoy one tasty tomato from our crop per year, this is how gifted we are.

We have all the extra bits you could hope for: fast internet, TV, dishwashers (plural), washing machine, tumble dryer, lots of fridges and freezers, three bathrooms (two communal, one en suite), a lovely fortnightly cleaner and awesome housemates of course!

We're a fun, friendly and sociable bunch; we have our own lives and careers and are respectful of each other's space. Sometimes we cook together, other times we work our way through a boxset/something alcoholic: no room hermits please! We're looking for someone who'll treat the house like a home rather than just somewhere to crash at night.

We have many great pubs in the area, an open brewery around the corner, and a cafe directly below so we are well catered for with both drinks in the evenings and recovery coffees in the morning.

We're all young professionals. Over the summer we have a few BBQs now and then and the occasional house party to make the most of the space. LGBTQIA+ friendly..

No pets, but bring your plant babies if they’re house-trained.
