Our bedrooms are on upper floor, offering privacy too.

- A tidy, clean, friendly, double story home with lots of plants and generously sized bedrooms rooms.
- Front garden with picnic bench and sun loungers.
- Rear external space with barbecue, seating area, plants and fairy lights.
- Kitchen with coffee machine, George Forman grill, fully kitted out.
- Separate living/dining room with sofa and dining table.
- Large shared bathroom with bath and shower.

Location
- Islington (bordering Dalston/Hackney).
- 4 min walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overgrounds and major supermarkets including M&S, large Sainsburys, Aldi, Iceland, Tesco and Ridley road market. You will not go hungry :)
- 20 min walk to Clissold Park.

Terms
- Bills not included. Typically £110-160/month approx.
- Notice period 6 weeks.

- A professional, employed in stable full-time work.
- Clean/tidy.

About us
I am an architect. I enjoy being in nature, photography, running, exploring london, zipping about on my red Vespa and I can take passengers if you are interested! I like to cook sometimes, working on getting better and trying new recipes occasionally. Peter is very friendly and into fitness, travelling, football, play station :) We are often out at gym etc or event whilst also happy to chill out, watch tv, relax and recharge. I’ve set the house up so there are sofas/seating areas in most rooms creating lots of chill out spaces both inside and outside. We like to eat outside when it’s warm enough in the back or front tables, fairy lights on, with you also :) we hope to find someone who we can get along with a be friends. We are also very respectful of peoples privacy and the need for time alone to recharge. We hope you feel welcome in our home 🫶🏻
