Looking for someone to fill a large double room in our flat in Angel/Islington! The room is currently available from the 23rd of March 2026 - but can be flexible on dates.

The room is a large spacious double, and comes with the ottoman bed (loads of storage inside) two bookshelves and the large wardrobe included.

The flat is light and airy and has a large shared living room, one bathroom, medium sized kitchen, and a big garden!

We are really centrally located, 10 minute walk from Angel tube station, and 15 minute walk to Highbury and Islington tube station. The area is amazing, with lots of restaurants, bars and pubs, and parks nearby! Also 5 minute walk to the canal!

Sharing with two female housemates who work in the arts and hospitality. There is also a small dog so loving dogs is a BIG must!!!!! We like to socialise - whether it's going to the pub, watching a film altogether, or taking the dog on a walk to get coffees but also like to have time to ourselves in our rooms.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and friendly person who is up for a chat over a wine and doesn't mind dog snuggles.

Rent is £1100pcm (paid on the 17th) and bills come to around £80-100 on top of that (Council tax band D).

The deposit is to put you on the current contract, which renews in October 2026, so references will be needed.
