Part time sub let - one bedroom flat, in Islington

Looking for a part time sub letter who needs a quiet place in London a few nights a month.

The flat is newly renovated with marble worktops, boiling water tap, fully furnished and with a south facing balcony which has been delightful in the heat. It also has a separate laundry and utilities room and comes fully equipped with crockery, utensils coffee machine etc. ideal for someone who would otherwise be looking at serviced apartments / air bnbs.

It’s on a beautiful road with a large waitrose 2 minutes walk away and boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s all within 5 minutes walk. The nearest tube is Holloway Road (Piccadilly line) you can get there on foot in 5 minutes (15 mins door to door to Covent Garden), 5 mins to Kings X so ideal for those commuting in.

I’m flexible on the arrangement so open to discussion but ideally looking for someone who needs a regular place in London for a few nights a month or similar set up.

The flat is my own home so although you’ll have the place to yourself (I won’t be there during your stay) and use of all the amenities, my personal possessions will be in the flat. There will be the option to store a few bits and pieces between stays and of course during stays.

Ideally I’m looking for an individual, non smoker no pets.
