I’m travelling for 3 weeks and my room will be available from the 18th of December to the 8th of January! Ideal for someone who’s in between houses or visiting London.
The house: Cute and well kept house with garden, sharing with 3 lovely girls, 4 minutes walk from Highbury & Islington station. My room is small so doesn’t fit any more furniture, but I’ll make sure you will have the entire wardrobe for yourself. Double glazed window, and next to the toilet which I find very handy. There’s also a 2nd bathroom with shower downstairs.
You: Decent human being, considerate and respectful with other people’s space. No smoking inside the house.
Price is £200 per week (bills included) + £100 deposit which will be transferred back to you as soon as I’m back :)
Dates to move in can be slightly flexible (few days if needed), but dates to move out can’t.
