I'm fairly flexible on move in date.

- Private roof terrace (shared between us) — perfect for sunny days 🌞. Also access to a shared garden.

Superfast WiFi available (ideal for WFH).

Bills (council tax Band F, energy, water, internet) are around £200 per month.

- Steps from Upper Street’s cafés, shops, restaurants etc.

I'm 35, sociable but respectful of space. I work partly from home and partly in the office. I’m into cooking, art, films, and finding new places to eat around London. Always happy for the occasional glass of wine or a Netflix night!

Looking for someone tidy, friendly and easygoing to make this a relaxed, homely flatshare.
