The flat is a 3 bedroom flat with a living room, outside patio space, a spacious kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom. Situated just off Holloway Road, and 5 mins away from Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road Tube Station, this flat is perfect for travelling anywhere you need to in London. It is quiet and homely but has plenty of shops and pubs around once you head onto Holloway Road.

You would be living with two friendly creatives who work full time jobs and have a passion for music and cooking. Ideally the potential flatmate is also a creative in a similar working situation who isn't afraid to socialise with us and is accepting of our constant chat about music. We are clean and organised and would be looking for someone who likes living in that sort of environment.

The potential flat mate has to be tidy, friendly and open to discussion about the flat and any issues that arise. We are open to short or long term tenancy, we would just require a months notice.

Rent is £1000 with bills included and the security deposit is £500.
