Room in beautiful Islington house available

Our housemate is sadly moving home to New Zealand so we are looking for a new housemate. We have a room available in a spacious house in a fantastic location in one of the much sought-after streets in Islington. Move in date 9 November.

THE HOUSE 🏡

The house is 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Newly refurbished, with a bespoke fitted kitchen diner (with a dishwasher), wood flooring throughout, contemporary fixtures and fittings, and a lovely garden. Separate washing machine and dryer room.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🌳

Enjoy convenient access to London with a quick 10 min walk to Angel Station and also the rest of the UK and world with a 10 min walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras.

Close to boutique shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets (2 min walk to Tesco).

THE ROOM 🛌

The room offers a built in wardrobe and bed base (a mattress is required but will be able to purchase from the housemate for cheap if needed).

THE HOUSEMATES 👯

You’ll be sharing this house with five friendly kiwis (two gals, a guy and a couple) all young professionals in their mid twenties to early thirties.

We are a sociable flat and would love a housemate who we could also call a friend, is down to earth, easy to get along with and wants to be involved in flat activities!

THE BILLS 💵

We estimate bills including electricity, water, council tax, wifi, cleaner, basic kitchen necessities and TV subscriptions to be around £125 per month.
