3 week Sublet - Lovely room in incredible location

We have one lovely room going in our 4 bed flat which two of us have lived in for 4 years. We were originally uni friends who are now professionals working in the city. The rent is far cheaper than it should be for this location because we have been here for so long!! Our flat is 5 mins walk from Highbury & Islington station, has 2 bathrooms and a gorgeous balcony terrace spread across 3 floors. The vibe is super chilled and we usually do our own thing, often you will have the flat to yourself because everyone is pretty busy. We do love to go out though and are very chill about having people round etc
