Downstairs level, cosy double room with 2 built in wardrobes, drawers, double bed with ottoman bed frame, which gives loads of extra under bed storage. The room is at the back of the house, very quiet with no traffic/street noise.

Shared bathroom with one other in the downstairs area.

Please note, this room isn't large enough to fit a desk, so best suited to someone who regularly works from an office.

Bills include: council tax (band G), electricity, water, internet, TV licence, bi-weekly cleaner.
Please be aware gas is not included in regular bill cost and will need to be paid on a quarterly basis as a variable cost. This can range from anywhere between £50 to £150pp (approx.) depending on the season.

We're a chilled and friendly group who aim to make the house feel like a home, keeping it clean and tidy and respecting each others space. This is not a party house, we keep it a quiet and relaxing space but will occasionally have flat dinners and enjoy a glass of wine together.
