Spare room available in lively Islington, just a 5-minute walk from Highbury Station, surrounded by variety of restaurants and activities. All bills included. I’m busy but sociable, so you’ll have a balanced mix of privacy and friendly chats. However if your looking for a roommate to constantly do things with, we probably won’t be the right fit as I’ve got projects I’m committed to outside of my job which take up a majority of my time currently. I’m flexible and easy going with you having people over, as long as we keep it balanced. My absolute non-negotiables are cleanliness and hygiene—if you’re respectful and treat the place like your own, we’ll get along fine.

Bills come up to £200pm and most are fixed.
