There is an exclusive-use kitchenette in the hallway (just outside the room) with a microwave, kettle, small fridge, one hob, toaster and crockery, creating a simple, self-contained setup.

£220 per week – all utilities included

All bills + household essentials included:

* Gas, electricity, water and council tax
* High-speed WiFi
* Fortnightly professional cleaner
* Household essentials (toilet roll, hand soap, cleaning products, kitchen roll etc.)

I have a very friendly cat called Wu 🐱 so cat lovers are preferred.
