The reason the rent is this low, there are some cons to the flat you should be aware of:

1) Access to the kitchen is through my bedroom/living room. Because of this, the flat isn't suited for someone who does heavy meal-prepping or enjoys spending hours in the kitchen. It’s much better suited to someone who likes to keep it simple with quick meals or enjoys the local cafes/takeaways. You're welcome to use the kitchen any time from around 7am-9pm.

2) I am on the fourth floor with no lift. It’s a great way to skip the gym, but you’ll want to be comfortable with stairs tbh!

3) I smoke, indoors, often, and use incense. If you have an issue with the smell of smoke this will not be suitable for you.

I’ve tried sealing gaps, and only smoking in specific areas, but the smell still persists. This flat is only suitable for someone who is a smoker themselves, or really doesn't mind the scent of smoke.

4) The hot water pressure is pretty weak, it takes around 10-15 minutes to run a bath.

It's a double room. It’s quiet, private, and located in a secure building.
