I’ve lived in this gorgeous flat for the past six years and truly loved every minute of it. It has been a peaceful little haven in the middle of London, and I’m genuinely sad to leave it.

The location is incredibly convenient situated roughly equal distance between Angel Station and Highbury & Islington Station, with excellent transport links and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Beautiful canal walks are right on the doorstep, and Clissold Park is within walking distance.

The area is full of character and culture, with fantastic coffee shops, cinemas, restaurants, bars, charity shops, and local gems all nearby.

Although the flat is close to main roads, it’s tucked away enough to feel calm, quiet, and peaceful. The room overlooks lush neighbouring gardens, and the tree canopies outside create a wonderfully private and calming atmosphere.

The room itself is bright and spacious, and comes furnished with a desk, wardrobe, and shelving.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Jean, who is a musician and music teacher working in various primary schools. He’s respectful, quiet, friendly, social, and very easy to live with.

This flat has been a very special home, and I’m hoping to find someone who will love it just as much as I have.

My contract is ending on the 1st of August, and there is a possibility to extend it if you feel like you would like to commit to another year in that lovely flat! There is also a possibility to live there for the next 2 months and end the tenancy, so it is a uniques opportunity based on what your situation happens to be.
