- 10 minute walk from Highbury Fields
- In the area are also a variety of wonderful pubs, second hand book shops, charity shops, etc.
- The flat is also about a 1 minute walk from Waitrose and a 5-10 minute walk from Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl.

- Ari, works in the arts, loves a pub quiz, night at the theatre and a board game night.
- Lucy, who works for a tech startup and loves reading, wild swimming, yoga, and the iconic AWFC!
- The house is quite sociable people and often out and about in the city or abroad, and do, as they say, have their own things going on
- Everyone is respectful of boundaries and personal space, but want to create a good vibe and so do like to put on the occasional dinner or small house party
