One room available in a convenient apartment complex right next to the Arsenal stadium. Very secure with multiple FOB access doors for entry, concierge for packages, its own garbage disposal area within the building and gym.

The whole apartment and rooms are fully furnished. Secure parking available for extra cost if needed.

The room is a double room and is the smallest out of the three rooms (but also the cheapest). The room shares a family bathroom with just one other person as the master room has its own ensuite. Views of Arsenal stadium from the windows.

Highbury fields is only a 5 minute walk away.

Lovely location with multiple stations nearby:
1. Drayton Park - 3 minute walk
2. Holloway - 6 minute walk
3. Arsenal - 10 minute walk
4. Islington & Highbury - 15 minute walk.

Lots of options for supermarkets - Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi etc.

Bills including council tax are roughly £150 a month per person

About the flatmates:
Two clean and sociable 27 year old guys from Scotland (Paul and Dan). Paul works as an engineer and is in the office 3-4 days a week and Dan is in Tech sales and is in the office 4-5 days a week. They’re both into fitness, football and enjoy socialising, they would love to be friends with the new flatmate but enjoy their downtime as well. They are both extremely respectful of common spaces.

I am unfortunately leaving the flat as I am moving in with my partner, flexible with the move out date between end of June and mid July.
