Large en-suite room in gated street in Islington

Hello! Our housemates (a couple) are moving out of their room in mid-July, so we are looking for a new housemate or couple to take over the space.

The Room & Space

The room is a very large, spacious en-suite that occupies its own entire floor, offering plenty of privacy. It features a fantastic little attached courtyard area and a built-in wardrobe. Because of the size and layout, it perfectly suits a couple or a single occupant looking for a bit more space to themselves.
Please note: The room comes unfurnished, but there is a fitted wardrobe included!

The House & Location

The house is located on a quiet, gated street which is super safe and secure. It has excellent transport links with easy access to buses, trains, and the tube.

Aside from your private floor, we have a shared kitchen/living space, a small shared office area, generous living space and dining space.

The Housemates

You’d be sharing the house with the two of us:

- Joan (28): Works in tech (ML engineer). Hobbies include music, sports/gym, and going to gigs.

- Amy (28): Works in research/journalism. Hobbies include climbing, biking, and anything outdoorsy.

We are a queer-friendly, clean, and relaxed household. We love a friendly, laid-back vibe where everyone can do their own thing but also chat over a coffee or drink in the evening.

WFH & Daily Life

We both do a mixture of working from home and commuting out of the house. You are more than welcome to WFH too. The bedroom easily fits a desk, or you can use the small shared office space.

The Logistics

- Move-in date: From 5th July onwards (early/mid-July).
- Rent: £1870 PCM
- Bills: Approx. £300 per month.
- Deposit: £1870
