My room will be available from 1st July (move-in date flexible) in a 3-bedroom flat in Islington. It’s right next to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury station and just a few minutes from Caledonian Road tube station. The contract runs until September.
ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, two desks, a chair, a wardrobe, and an additional storage closet, offering lots of storage space. The best part are the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light all day long.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The shared areas include a kitchen and a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet (very convenient in the mornings, no queues!).
FLATMATES
You’ll be sharing with two girls aged 23–24 from Spain and Mexico. They’re very friendly, social, and easy-going, so preferably someone who speaks Spanish, although we’re open to everyone!
RENT
The rent is £1000 per month (excluding bills), and bills are around £100 (depending on the season).
