Hi girls! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room in North Islington since she’s moving back home!

Room available after July 24!
The rent:
- £1,125 a month + £160 bills (utilities and council tax, fluctuates depending on the month)
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent £1,298
-The lease is until November 15th with ability to extend afterwards
- 50£ name transfer to pay to foxtons.

About you:
- Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and relaxed.
- Looking for someone of a similar age (27-32) .
- No pets, students or couples, sorry!

About me:
- Rachel (29), working in the accounting/ consulting, loves exploring London, dinner with friends, traveling, and yoga/ Pilates classes.

The room/ flat:
- The room is a large and fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and large wardrobe.
- The flat is 2 minutes from Caledonian Road station and the whole flat gets tons of amazing natural light.
- The flat has a large living room and plenty of kitchen storage space.
- Extremely well-connected:
- lots of local coffeeshops, tesco, nisa and sainsbury's all within 5 minutes! Parks, yoga studios, wine bars and pubs all nearby
- 2 minute walk to Caledonian Road station
- 16 minute walk to Highbury & Islington
- Lots of good bus routes close by too.
- 10 minute walk away on Holloway Road you'll find Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsburys, and Boots.
